Premier Facilities
Provide anesthesia services at:
- MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center (366 beds)

Compensation & Incentives
- Guaranteed salary: $600,000
- Income potential up to $680,000
- $150,000 in bonuses
- Additional financial incentives for:
- Overtime
- Post-call work
- Extra call coverage
