Andover Animal Hospital is reinforcing our already amazing team with another Veterinarian.
We currently are a 7-doctor small animal hospital, where our staff is professional but also like to have fun to make the days fly by. We have a high CVT to DVM ratio and a tenured staff. We prioritize mental health and ensure a work/life balance by pre-set blocks for appointments with wellness appointments being set before lunch and at the end of the day. We built our reputation for excellence through a commitment to exceptional client care delivered by a dedicated and passionate staff and were named Anoka County's Best Veterinary Clinic 2024.
Compensation:
- Compensation package includes a competitive starting salary monthly production and no-negative accrual.
Anticipated Schedule:
- Flexible schedule options
- Four 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends
