Job Description:

Our CNAs provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes bathing/bathroom assistance and providing emotional support and encouragement. Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavioral, and overall needs of our residents. We are seeking folks that are genuinely interested in supporting our residents and their team members. Experience working with seniors is a plus; however, it is not required. Other requirements include valuing and respecting our residents. Having consistent attendance and a reliable method of transportation. Ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes. Excellent oral communication, reading, and writing. Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and ambulate quickly and often throughout a regular shift. Must be able to pass a background check with the State of Oregon.

Shift: Full-time, day shift and NOC shift available

Compensation Range: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on verifiable experience level)

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA license
• Speak, read and write English fluently
• Value and respect of elderly/assisted living
• Have consistent attendance/reliable method of transportation
• Ability to correspond and document properly in charts and portal
