In this role, you’ll balance strategy and heart: leading recruitment and retention efforts, building strong caregiver teams, and ensuring every employee feels connected to our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality home care. Requirements
Director of CAREGiver Experience should have high energy keeping team enthused!
- Create and maintain a flow of communication between HR, Scheduling, Sales, Client Care
- Team and Upper Management through the weekly on call report (communicate results of 
 coaching calls), through CareGiver evaluations and hires/terms.
- Attend all Staff Meetings & report metrics
- Perform Orientation
- Manage timelines on projects ensuring all deadlines are met – your department’s timelines 
 should be overseen by you
- Report Caregiver availability daily through our communication platform
- Follow up with New Hires 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks out of training
- 90 Day Evals on new CG’s
- Plans CG surprises
- Maintain a constant weekly flow of Caregiving applicants. – BE INNOVATIVE! Where can 
 we find quality experienced Caregivers with a heart? Come up with ideas to meet goals of 2
 new hire orientations weekly. Manage and work Indeed postings, identify, participate and
 oversee community recruitment events.
- Actively work in the Recruitment and Retention department. Able to step in to schedule, 
 and conduct interviews.
- Verify Caregivers are getting their desired schedule. This is attained by holding weekly 
 meetings with Recruitment and Retention department and Scheduling department. And by
 pulling weekly reports.
- Ensure processes are being followed in Recruitment and Retention.
- Keeps team focused on the high pay off activities and task needed.
- Give the CAREGiver’s a WOW experience by making sure they feel supported, helping their 
 financial needs and having a sense of urgency to show them value.
- Monitor CAREGiver Facebook Page.
