- Experienced Estate Planning Attorney
Description
Looking for an "A" player looking for a leadership stake in the firm.
The Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm of Ziegler Estate Law Group is growing! We are seeking an attorney with the experience to step into a management role to assist the firm's founder with Wealth and Tax Planning. The ideal candidate is one who has an LL.M. in Tax and/or Estate Planning, or who is Texas Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law or comparable relevant experience of at least 6 years of practice, and has a thorough understanding of business entities. Though we do not typically handle litigation, some background in litigation and/or elder law would be a plus. A strong candidate will be one who enjoys the coordination necessary to bring a robust estate plan to life, and who receives satisfaction from articulating the benefits of the plan to clients and the other professionals whose involvement is often needed in the plan's execution.
Ziegler Estate Law Group was the first dedicated Estate Planning and Elder Law firm in West Texas. Since it's inception in 2008, the firm has further differentiated itself in the market as one of the few firms in Texas to focus both on higher net worth planning and elder law. ZELG has developed robust planning strategies for Wealth Protection, Business Asset Protection and Tax Planning, and has also added Care Navigation as a concierge service addition to the Long-Term Care Planning services the firm provides. Helping our clients and their families have peace of mind in the second half of life is fulfilling work. We call it Happy Law because we love our clients, and we love what we do.
Pay range: Annual full-time salary of $145,000 to $180,000, depending on experience.
