Practice & Cases

• Inpatient consult service and outpatient hospice/palliative care
• Shared care model with APP support and interdisciplinary team
• Symptom management including pain and end-of-life care
• Goals-of-care discussions and hospice recertifications

Schedule

• Monday through Friday daytime coverage
• Standard 8-hour shifts
• Rotating night and weekend call
• Option to coordinate block coverage with another provider

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
• Hospice and Palliative Medicine certification
• Active Ohio license
