Are you an attorney looking for purpose-driven work that makes a real impact on families and individuals? Whether you are newly licensed or have experience in another legal field, this is your chance to build a career that combines legal skill with human connection.
Our growing elder law practice is seeking a compassionate and driven Associate Attorney to join our team, with a primary focus on Estate Planning — helping clients preserve assets, plan for the future, and ensure their wishes are carried out with dignity and clarity.
About the Role:
As an Associate Attorney, you will be trained to become a trusted advisor to individuals and their families, helping them make critical decisions about estate planning, long-term care, asset protection, public benefits (such as Medicaid), and quality of life. You’ll also support related practice areas including guardianship, probate, special needs planning, and litigation involving exploitation or trust disputes.
This role blends advocacy, strategy, and client relationships—and is ideal for attorneys who want their work to matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop personalized estate plans tailored to each client’s needs
Advise clients on long-term care planning and asset protection
Assist with guardianship, probate, and elder law litigation
Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients and families navigating sensitive issues
Draft legal documents and handle court hearings as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
Open to newly licensed attorneys or those transitioning from other practice areas
Genuine interest in estate planning, elder law, and serving vulnerable populations
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Litigation or courtroom experience is a plus, but not required
Self-motivated, compassionate, and eager to learn
Why This Role Matters:
Estate planning is more than legal work—it’s advocacy for dignity, independence, and peace of mind. You’ll guide families through some of life’s most important decisions, backed by a supportive team and mission-driven culture.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary ($70,000-$100,000) to start, along with discretionary bonus plan
Health and (upcoming) retirement benefits
