Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in any field.

 

Job description: Analyze the healthcare staffing requirements of various principals and based thereon, gather a portfolio of healthcare professionals, screen and appoint appropriate personnel to fulfill manpower and staffing needs. Conduct interviews and implement screening procedures to ensure compliance with standards on competency, health and safety examinations, skill level, license, education and background verification. Obtain feedback from clients regarding healthcare professionals' service level and service sustainability on any given assignment. Maintain employment records.

 

Salary: $54,766.00/year
