We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and support our continued growth and stability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit preparation. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our mission and long-term goals. Provide clear, effective communication of complex financial information to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management. Manage debt structure and lender relationships. Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning and operational excellence.

Requirements
Qualifications
CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with substantial expertise in financial management. Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and financial strategy in a complex organization. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
