Upton, Mickits & Heymann LLP (UMH) is a full-service litigation law firm with offices in Corpus Christi and San Antonio, Texas. We serve clients in all areas of Texas, but our primary geographical region is from San Antonio west to Del Rio, east to south Houston, south to Laredo and the Rio Grande Valley.

The firm is looking to fill an opening in our Corpus Christi location. UMH seeks an attorney with 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience, either on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket, to assist with and/or handle the defense of a wide variety of personal injury, general liability cases and catastrophic commercial cases. Students graduating in 2026 or recent graduates are also encouraged to contact UMH for consideration. The position is full-time and in-office with an opportunity for some remote work.

Compensation is based on experience and professional development. Benefits include but are not limited to: signing bonus after 60 days of employment, 401K retirement plan, group medical and dental insurance, life insurance, long term disability plan, long term care plan, cafeteria plan and bar association fees paid/continuing legal education fees paid. New graduates will also have the reasonable costs of their bar review course paid.
