Our OT program supports you in gaining an insight into a diverse range of care; from assessment and early intervention with children & adults, FCAs, home mods, assistive technology, online health options and so much more - we love supporting our Clinicians to find their areas of interest!
Key New Graduate Program Offerings at Gen Physio: Base Salary: $80,000 Package incl 11.5% super: $89,200
Supervision & Team Meetings
Supervision - 1:1 weekly Supervision with our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors for as long as you need whilst you get settled into your role - support in your caseload each step of the way
Team discipline specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio OT team to support you through complex cases, and group learning opportunities with industry leading professionals
Regular skills assessments to gradually build your caseload based on your learning/interests MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapist & AHPRA registration National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain) Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain) NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain) Current driver's license Ability to legally work in Australia
