Perfect for someone who already loves lymphoedema therapy OR a great clinician who is curious about developing a new specialty and building a career in lymphoedema and cancer rehabilitation.

You don't need to arrive knowing everything. For the right person, we are very happy to invest in your training and help you develop the skills you need.

What we are looking for is someone who loves being a therapist, enjoys working with people, likes problem solving and wants to become really good at what they do.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well. You don't need someone chasing you to finish your notes, follow up something you've said you'll do, or follow a clinical procedure. You understand those things are part of providing excellent care. At the same time, we don't want you to leave your ideas at the door.

We love people who are curious, ask questions and want to understand why we do things. If you see an opportunity to make something better, we want you to speak up. We are a small business and a close team. Everyone contributes to making Health Nest a great place for our clients and our people.

If you already have lymphoedema experience, fantastic. We would love to hear about your skills, experience and where you would like your career to go next. But we are also very open to hearing from OTs who don't yet have lymphoedema experience. Perhaps you've been working in another area of allied health and are ready to develop a new clinical specialty. Maybe you've come across lymphoedema or cancer rehabilitation during your career and thought, I'd actually really like to know more about that. For the right person, we can provide training, mentoring and support to help you develop your skills and confidence in this area. What matters to us is that you have good foundations as a therapist, genuinely care about your clients, are willing to learn, and want to build your clinical skills for the long term.
