We specialize in outpatient orthopedic and sports-related rehabilitation, including post-surgical care (e.g., tendon and ligament repair, joint replacement), aquatic therapy using our above-ground underwater treadmill systems, and telehealth options to expand accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, post-surgical, and work-related injuries
- Implement personalized rehabilitative programs using therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitative strategies, and self-management
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for holistic patient care
- Accurately document treatment and progress in compliance with standards
- Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care via our myElation app

Requirements
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in working with LGBTQ+ and underserved populations
- New grads welcome; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
