Innovative Senior Care (ISC), the in-house therapy and home health division of Brookdale® Senior Living, is committed to making the lives of our senior residents better in every way. Our Care3 Wellness programs help minimize the effects of aging by providing treatments promoting functional independence, improving overall health and techniques for preventing pain and disability. You can be part of a team that integrates both proactive and reactive services to help our residents enhance their health and fitness and retain or improve their independence.

Education, rehabilitation and exercise are the key ingredients to our Care3 Wellness Program. These services are primarily preventative in nature and use a holistic approach that treats both symptoms and underlying causes of pain and debility. It goes far beyond traditional therapies to include massage therapy, chair yoga, and Tai Chi, as well as health education and group exercise classes. We believe that health and wellness can be achieved at any stage in life and our goal is not only to increase one’s quantity of life, but also the quality of life.

We offer our services to 52,000 residents at our 550 senior living communities throughout the US. We treat our associates with respect, honesty and understanding.
