Job Title: Associate Chiropractor — Active Release Technique (ART)
Company: TriNatural Healthcare Location: 3305 Main Street, Suite #100, Vancouver, WA
Job Type: Full-time Compensation: 50% of collections on services you provide
About Us
TriNatural Healthcare is an integrative clinic in the heart of Vancouver, Washington offering chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy under one roof. We maintain strong referral relationships with local physical therapists, Rebound Orthopedics, and many other trusted businesses in our community.
In twenty-two years of practice, we have never advertised. Every patient who walks through our door was sent by someone who trusted us. That's not a marketing strategy — it's the natural result of how we treat people.
Our Philosophy
Our goal is simple and, frankly, a little unusual for our industry: get patients well at an affordable price and get them out of our office as quickly as possible. We don't sell long-term care plans people don't need. We don't upsell. We fix the problem, we teach the patient how to keep it fixed, and we send them back to their life.
We take care of each other, our patients, and our community — in that order of investment and with equal seriousness.
The Opportunity
This is not a temporary associate position. We are looking for the next generation who will eventually take over this practice.
Our owner plans to transition out of the business over the next fifteen years, and we're looking for the right doctor(s) to grow into that role — someone who wants to put down real roots in Vancouver, build lasting relationships with patients and referral partners, and be trusted with what we've built. If you're looking for a two-year stop on the way to somewhere else, this isn't the fit. If you're looking for the place you'll practice for the rest of your career, let's talk.
What You'll Do
- Provide chiropractic care with an emphasis on Active Release Technique (ART)
- Perform thorough evaluations and build efficient, outcome-focused treatment plans
- Collaborate daily with our in-house acupuncturists and massage therapists
- Coordinate care with local physical therapists, Rebound Orthopedics, and other referral partners
- Build genuine relationships within the Vancouver, Washington community
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited institution
- Active Release Technique certification (or certification in progress / firm commitment to certify)
- Washington State chiropractic license, or eligibility to obtain one
- A doctor who is genuinely caring — with patients and with colleagues
- Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of an integrative team
- Long-term intent to live and practice in the Vancouver, WA / Clark County area
- Integrity around treatment recommendations: you're comfortable telling a patient they don't need to come back
- New graduates are welcome to apply. We would rather train the right person than hire the wrong one.
Compensation & Benefits
- 50% of collections on the services you provide
- Annual reimbursement towards state license, CEU’s, and malpractice fees after one year of employment
- Annual bonus potential of 1% on services provided
- In-house referral network from acupuncture and massage — patients are already in the building
- Established, referral-driven patient base — no cold marketing required
- A clear, documented path toward practice ownership
How We Work Together
We're strong believers in Brené Brown's approach to leadership. In practice, that means:
- Clear is kind. We tell you where you stand, directly and respectfully.
- We don't do shame. Mistakes get discussed openly and fixed, not held over your head.
- We show up as ourselves. You don't have to perform a version of yourself here.
- Trust is built in small moments. We pay attention to them.
If you want a workplace where you'll be told the truth and given room to grow into something significant, you'll like it here.
