- Associate Podiatrist
Description
Company Overview:
The Advantage Integrated Medical (My AIM Health) Network is the largest integrated podiatry group in Arizona. We are a multi-disciplinary healthcare organization focused on expanding outpatient care through innovative, non-surgical, and minimally invasive treatments. Our rapid growth across Arizona centers on Podiatry, Endovascular Interventional Radiology, and Vein Services, all combined to improve patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Our integrated care model brings podiatrists, vein specialists, and endovascular physicians together to treat musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries, advanced wound care, lower extremity revascularization, and limb salvage, with the goal of faster healing and amputation prevention.
Our Interventional Radiology team provides advanced procedures such as Atherectomy and Embolization. Atherectomy revascularizes the lower extremities for patients with peripheral artery disease, while embolization procedures help patients avoid more invasive lower-extremity surgeries and related interventions.
Our Podiatry Team delivers comprehensive Foot and Ankle Care using evidence-based medicine and state-of-the-art technology to treat a broad range of conditions. This coordinated approach allows for efficient care, quicker recovery, and strong clinical outcomes.
To further streamline care, AIM is integrating pathology and PCR laboratory testing in-house, allowing for rapid diagnostic results and faster clinical decisions.
We are also developing a network of Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs), providing physicians with both clinical access and financial participation through ASC profit-sharing, creating added income opportunity and long-term alignment.
We are currently seeking passionate professionals to join our growing team. AIM offers a collaborative, mission-driven culture that supports innovation, professional growth, and high-quality patient care.
