Our Client is seeking DSP/Residential Aide to work in the Oakland Gardens area .

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE SCHEDULE
* Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for implementing person-centered services for each individual. This includes ensuring implementation of the individual's services, goals and outcomes in relation to program-based and community inclusion activities. In addition, the Direct Support Professional is directly responsible for the individual's overall physical and emotional well-being.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year experience working with the DDD population
* Possess strong teaching skills with emphasis on individuals who are emotionally, behaviorally, physically and/or developmentally challenged
* Ability to complete and pass clearances
* Experience in the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
