Deaconess Health System is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology physicians to join our growing cancer programs across Evansville/Newburgh and Jasper, Indiana, and Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Whether your interests are general hematology/oncology, disease-site specialization, or malignant hematology/cellular therapy, Deaconess offers opportunities to develop a practice that aligns with your clinical interests while working within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary system.

Evansville/Newburgh, Indiana
Opportunities are available for physicians with subspecialty fellowship training or strong clinical interest in areas including:
- Lung/Thoracic Oncology
- Head & Neck Oncology
- Melanoma/Sarcoma
- Neuro-Oncology
- Malignant Hematology/Cellular Therapy
Practice highlights:
- Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
- 1:8 call schedule
- Eight+ disease-site tumor boards
- Epic EMR with Beacon oncology module
- Experienced oncology APPs
- Nurse navigators, oncology pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, palliative care and rehabilitation support
- Clinic, infusion and radiation oncology services integrated within the cancer program
- Opportunities for clinical trials and disease-site program development
- New comprehensive cancer center planned for 2028
Compensation: $550,000 guaranteed base salary in Year 1, plus productivity, quality and APP supervision incentives; $50,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance available.

Practice highlights:
Full-time, hospital-employed position
Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
Cancer center located within the hospital
Dedicated support staff
Breast and lung oncology navigators
Dietitian support
On-site radiation oncology
Weekly multidisciplinary tumor board
Strong community support
Compensation: $615,000 guaranteed base salary in Year 1, plus productivity, quality and APP supervision incentives; $75,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance available.

Deaconess Jennie Stuart Hospital is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician to join an established and growing cancer program serving Western Kentucky and northern Tennessee.
Practice highlights:
- Established oncology program and referral network
- Medical oncology, infusion and radiation oncology services
- Full-time APP support
- Experienced oncology nursing team
- Multidisciplinary tumor board
- Epic EMR
- Collaborative relationship with radiation oncology and surgical specialists
- Predictable weekday schedule
- Shared call coverage
- Opportunity to grow and shape oncology services in the region
Compensation: $620,000 guaranteed base salary in Year 1, plus productivity, quality and APP supervision incentives; $100,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance available.
