Waterman Village is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Home Health Administrator/Director of Home Health. This leadership role oversees our Medicare-certified Home Health agency as well as our growing Private Duty services.

As Home Health Administrator, you will:
Provide operational and clinical leadership for our Home Health and Private Duty programs
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State of Florida, AHCA, Medicare, and CHAP Accreditation standards
Oversee quality improvement, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
Lead and mentor an interdisciplinary clinical team
Manage financial performance, productivity, budgeting, and operational goals
Grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners
Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and satisfaction
Ensure accurate documentation, billing compliance, and adherence to agency policies
Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and continued growth

Requirements

Required:
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Medicare-certified Home Health agency
Previous experience serving in a Home Health Administrator or similar leadership role
Thorough knowledge of:
Medicare Conditions of Participation
Florida AHCA regulations
CHAP Accreditation Standards
Experience leading regulatory surveys and maintaining compliance
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Experience overseeing Private Duty/Home Care services
Experience with Axxess or similar Home Health EMR
Business development and referral growth experience
