A thriving 250-bed non-profit medical system two hours south of San Francisco in Monterey, CA is seeking BE/BC palliative medicine physician to join their growing team. Live and work in one of the most beautiful coastal locations you can find throughout the country.

Applicants can expect a competitive base salary, productivity incentives, housing assistance, and loan repayment.


The Position:

• 4.5 days of clinic and .5 day for administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with two other physicians and a dedicated support staff including nurse practitioners, social workers, pharmacists, etc. as you provide inpatient, outpatient, and at-home care.
• Large on-boarding package at signing for Housing Assistance, Relocation, or Loan Repayment (for eligible applicants)
• Guaranteed salary range of $320,000 - $330,000 based on experience with a robust productivity bonus included.
• Benefits Covered: Health, Life, Vacation, CME, Long-Term Disability, and 401k (4% Match)
