About Us
Orthopaedic Medicine & Surgery (dcorthodocs.com) collaborates with a team of 10 physical therapists at our main Washington, DC location. We pride ourselves on delivering one-on-one, hands-on care to DC patients—ranging from desk-bound professionals dealing with postural strain to active weekend warriors and marathoners. Physical Therapists are supported by Rehab Aides who make their workdays more efficient. Office hours are Monday through Friday (shortened day).
Role Overview
In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recoveries, and sports injuries. You’ll utilize evidence-based manual therapy and targeted exercise prescription to help our DC community get back to moving pain-free.
Hands-On Treatment: Implement advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional movement retraining.
Progress & Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) and track functional outcomes.
Patient Empowerment: Provide clear education on home programs, postural modification for desk workers, and injury prevention strategies.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with our front desk staff, referring local physicians, and fellow clinicians to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current, active Physical Therapy license in Washington, DC (or eligibility to obtain).
