At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

This PRN position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule—perfect for LVNs seeking work-life balance or supplemental income.

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the care team

• Active Texas LVN license (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)

• $45 per visit
