OASIS documentation proficiency – REQUIRED
Experience in:
Wound care
IV therapy
Infection control in home settings

Must participate in:
On-call rotation
Weekend/holiday coverage
Must disclose prior work history with Marshfield (if applicable, must be >6 months gap)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM\nShift Length: 8 hours\nGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week\n \nOn-Call & Weekend\n1 weekend on-call per month\n1 evening on-call per week\nRotating weekends (every 4th–5th)\nRotating holidays (up to 2/year)\nClient may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks\n\nsm
