Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of home health experience required License: Not specified Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC) Must-Have: Strong understanding of Medicare homebound criteria Description: This position is located in the Treasure Valley Region. Weekend on-call rotation among staff is required. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of Medicare's homebound criteria. The ability to determine the primary skill required for each visit is essential. Experience in hands-on care, direct observation, assessment, education, and maintenance is required. Candidates should have a strong proficiency in OASIS. The charting system utilized is EPIC. Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 cancellations per 13-week contract, either for full shifts or parts of shifts.
