Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Weekend Call Rotation Experience: 5 years License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC) Must-Have: Home health experience Description: This position requires candidates with 5 or more years of experience. The role involves providing home health care services. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Medicare's homebound criteria. The ability to determine the primary skill for the visit is essential, including hands-on care, direct assessments, education, and monitoring. Proficiency in OASIS is required. Travel between patient visits is typically kept to 15-20 minutes. The expected number of routine visits per day is 5-6. We utilize EPIC Remote Client for our documentation processes. A laptop and cell phone will be provided. If patient cancellations occur, efforts will be made to reschedule visits where possible. During the orientation process, new staff will start and end their day in the office for support. After orientation, staff may work from home as needed. Candidates should be prepared for weekend on-call rotations.
